Software in this section generally implement algorithms that were described in scientific papers. They are meant to be reused for your own experiments. Beware, some people have even actually used them non-academic contexts!

All software I wrote is free/libre, which means that you have:

  • The freedom to run the program, for any purpose.
  • The freedom to study how the program works, and adapt it to your needs.
  • The freedom to redistribute copies so you can help your neighbor.
  • The freedom to improve the program, and release your improvements to the public, so that the whole community benefits.

At an age where software is a necessary and integrated part of the scientific method (from measurements to modelling to data analysis to making predictions, etc.), it is necessary, in order to preserve an independant and reproducible research, to preserve the above fundamental rights.

Hence, source code for each of my projects is available either according to the instructions on the corresponding page in the menu, or in my source repository.
